I'm all up for gitting gud and even dealing with RNG when going for trophies but I'm not required to work around someone's shitty design to unlock bugged trophies. This was the final straw because that meant another playthrough on top of the second required one where you kill all the bosses, AND doing it in one session because apparently the in-game tracker is broken and every time you turn off the game (or if it crashes which happened a couple of times), you're out of luck.Īfter those 3 trophies failed to pop, I finished the story, uninstalled the game and moved on. The New Boss (flip all racket bosses) didn't unlock.

This was almost a deal breaker but I thought that maybe someday when i didn't have anything better to play, I can jump on it again.
MAFIA III TROPHIES FULL
When that happened, I was starting to get pissed because that meant a full new playthrough where I assign districts equally to keep the bosses alive, and then do the side missions in one session.

Family (do all side missions for bosses) didn't unlock. It's going to get repetitive but at least it will pop. Fine, I thought, I'll just start a new playthrough which I'd have to do anyway and grind it in a single session. Combat Specialist (300 Takedown kills) didn't unlock. Oh man, don't even get me started on Mafia 3. If you end up stuck in the spam filter, just message the mods. MAFIA III TROPHIES PS3
Legacy Platforms: PS3 - PS2 - PS1 - PSP Spoiler Guideįor simple spoilers, use the following formatting: (#s "The La-Li-Lu-Le-Lo!?") The game has three different in game radio stations, Empire Central Radio, Empire Classic Radio and Delta Radio, with licensed music, news, and commercials.(Known for: Leaking Trophies Pre-release ) For example if the player is riding in a car and a cut scene starts, the player will be driving the same car and if the car is damaged, that will appear in the cut scene. It has been stated by 2K Czech that the game's cutscenes are created by the game engine, in real-time, rather than pre-rendered cutscenes. New controls include a cover system that allows the player to hide behind objects (such as generators, walls and large crates) to shoot enemies, rather than just using a crouch while behind an object. The checkpoint system has been completely overhauled. A map is included as in the original Mafia game. Interacting with objects in the environment involves two action buttons: a standard action and a "violent" action (for example, when stealing a car, the player may choose to either pick its lock or break the window glass), used in context-sensitive situations. New WWII-era weapons like the MP 40, the M3 submachine gun, the MG 42 and the Beretta Model 38 also appear in the game. Many firearms from the previous return, such as the Thompson submachine gun and Colt 1911, as well as a pump-action shotgun (though it was changed from a Winchester Model 12 to a Remington 870). The game is set in the 1940-50s era of Empire Bay, a fictional city based on New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Detroit There are 30-40 vehicles in the game (45 with DLC) as well as licensed music from the era.
